Gratitude

I'm feeling grateful today for having a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment at work. This plate of homemade baked goodies and a handwritten note were given to me by a co-worker this morning as her way of thanking me and my team for our part in a successful project she led. It's a small gesture but one I've been missing for quite a while with my past few employers.
