Love Interest?

We attended a picnic for the English Setter rescue on Saturday. Ella met this handsome guy, named Sam, who everyone agreed looked much like her. They hit it off, sharing the obligatory sniffs, some kisses, & then some playful romping.

It was a perfect day for such an outdoor event & we met lots of wonderful people. Some traveled as far as 11 hrs. & many states to be there. There was lots of food, an extensive raffle (everyone contributed, & we won a Starbucks gift basket), dog parade, & plenty of socializing between pets & owners. Felt good to be part of this noble group. The event raised over $2000 for the organization as well, so many dogs will benefit!
