The high elevation garden in a transformation

At some point in the 3rd week of August the light seems to change to the glow of autumn, perhaps its the subtle changes in the vegetation as it  turns form green to earth tones in preparation for colder times.   


Any how this is the time to start to savor before the season is gone all to soon.
