Hello Kid

College enrolment was today, but B needed higher GCSE grades to do A level sciences and has chosen to do an Applied Science Diploma, equivalent to 3 A levels but more work related and practical elements, which we both think he's more suited to. It's amazing how much the requirements differ between A levels, friends with far less have got places. He's a bit disappointed but we both know how much he loves exam revision, could be a lucky escape!
The young man completing his enrolment used to walk to school with B when he first started at senior school and has always called him Kid, I think my boy was pleased to see a friendly face after all the stress of finding a new course. Onwards and upwards!
