MonoMonday - Balance

I remember as a kid being told that walking with a book balanced on one’s head teaches good deportment. I remember my sister and I practising this but I don’t think the lesson was enduring. i am not sure if this is recommended these days although a search on the internet showed that deportment classes are still available.

This is my interpretation of balance for MonoMonday hosted by TheAphid. The little book balanced surprisingly easily on the figure's head.
