Favour Returned

Blackrodlad blipped me yesterday, it must be my turn today so here he is on his way to 1st Vet 50 in the 5k road race in Horwich. This is part of the "Horwich Festival of Races" which comprises a fell race on Thursday night and a trail race on Friday night as well as today's road race.

Having run the fell race on Thursday and the trail race on Friday he then dragged his camera, and me, round a 21 mile race yesterday. The road race was this afternoon so he squeezed in a couple of Orienteering events this morning, In addition to 1s V50 he was also the 1st Vet in the overall Tour (all 3 races) and the outright winner of the Tour.

His Ironman training seems to be coming along nicely.
