Glow in the dark Ice cream

Part of the Lux Festival is the glow in the dark ice cream. It's Gelato actually apparently anything with less than 10% fat cannot be referred to as ice cream.

The glow is a natural phosphorescent and natural food colours like beetroot are used. I stood in a queue for 20mins so my 8 YO G.neice could have one by then I decided to as well. I had hokey lunar rocks and she had Sweet strawberry. Mmmm very good
