Peaceful Heron

I took the boys to a birthday party over at Keller Lake.  It was a Mexican party.  My kids and I were not only the only white people, but also the only ones who spoke English, other than some of the other bilingual kids.  The music was pumping, the bounce house was jumping, and the food was amazing, but I sought out the calm and found it just across the lake.
