The V Stage at Sunset

A very quick panoramic stitch, hand held at sunset on Sunday.  By this time the area in front of the main stage was a veritable quagmire.  I literally walked from the production area out into the crowd, snapped off 7 shots and hastily retreated to the sanctuary behind the stage.  I had no idea whether I had been successful as I was already on my way out to visit people who were less than happy about the noise.

Finally left at 11 pm after Kasabian and Olly Murs combined to raise noise levels very close to the event limit.  They didn't go over, which was in no small part due to the hard work of the acousticians that work for the event promoter.  We will be back in 12 months to do it all over again!
