Exploring

Up early again today to take part in the David Livingstone Trail Run. This was taking place at the David Livingstone centre in Blantyre.

Hard going as a pretty hilly course but completed the 6 miles (9.44km) in 1 hour 5 mins. I had been hoping for the hour mark but roasting hot day, very hilly and lack of preparation running bent I was a bit off.

Once home I headed to the local dogs trust open day but was a bit late so missed getting a go with Jasper on the agility course.
