Restoration Retirement

A very different, but lovely breakfast today. A bowl full of plain yoghurt covered in seeds and surrounded by honey, breads, jams, honeys, crepes.
It has been lovely to have French foods served to us in French style. We know that won't happen once we've met up with the others and are doing our own shopping at the villa.
On our way down we arranged to stop in and visit Anne and John. They are still living in their caravan and will be for a long time yet as the barn is just a shell but it looks great and they have fruit trees already planted. The place just looks fab. We had a lovely lunch and chat. It was so nice to spend time with them. :)
Back on the road, and I think it was about 5 when we arrived at the villa. Sunny had already been in the pool! :)
Unpacked, dinner (pasta), sit by pool and chat while Sunny played in the water. Packed Sunny off to bed and the three of us just sat in the loung and chatted.
