Allotmenteers

G's parents came to visit today, so we spent the day with them and Mum. We had a walk and an absolutely delicious roast (I hadn't had a roast in months!) and chatted about the wedding and honeymoon. It all felt a bit more relaxed without wedding plans to be thinking of! After they'd left we walked up to our local allotments; we got the call whilst we were away that after three years, we'd finally come to the top of the list! We were shown a choice of plots; none of which were as manicured as these ones! The plot we've chosen is available immediately, but needs a lot of work- the grass was over head height and weeds abound. We can't wait to get stuck in though! I've spent the evening catching up on the F1, my blip and G's made me sit through the awful new Jurassic Park film. All in all, a pretty great Sunday.
