RIP

First day back at work was as busy and frustrating as I'd expected, but everything paled in to insignificance when we got a call late evening to say a very dear family friend passed away. She had been ill for a while, and had made great effort to come to our wedding just two short weeks ago, but it was still such a shock. She was such a lovely, kind person and had been such a great friend to my Mum after Dad died. It's so hard to comprehend she isn't here anymore. She will be greatly missed.
