My friend Jackie owns a surf and outdoor shop up at home in Wales, and every season tries to come up with something different for the window displays.

For summer, she has painted loads of stones in different designs. Most of them were fish or patterns, with a few sunsets and a whale tail too! I really liked this one when she put it up on Facebook a few weeks ago.

Lots of customers were asking if she was selling the stones, so in the end she decided to ask for donations to her chosen charity (Cancer Research) in exchange for the stone(s) of choice. So when I bought a hoodie from her on Friday, I also exchanged a donation for this!

I have done very little today as I'm still very tired from yesterday's journey. Unpacked, got all the washing done, tidied up then read a book in the garden!
