As I went out to take this there was some excitement outside the house. A stray dog had been caught and there was a number on its collar so I rang it and someone further up the lane was shocked to find that their pooch was playing in the lane - they hurried along and took him home.

I'm really pleased that the house where I took this has nice white rendering - it makes for smashing backgrounds.

Hamilton won, Bolt won and City won - a full day of sport! I'm exhausted. A nice chicken risotto and a glass of wine beckon.
