Three little ducks

We decided to head out for the day and enjoy the sunshine. Grasmere was a bustling hive of holidaymakers enjoying ice creams and beers in the sun. We walked up and out of the village to Easedale Tarn. The kids managed the 1 hour climb without a single moan and then jumped in the tarn at the top to cool off.

Saw these 3 ducks also enjoying the open water nearby.
