Doon the water!
This shot was taken in the Scottish seaside resort town of Troon. It's a bit posh and typifies the type of place hard working Scots would visit in the summer during the 1950s and 1960s. My own parents loved it. I have never ever visited the seaside and not had a "cone" it's a tradition, hence the blip!
Today Troon is a place where auld Tories come to die. Still nice though :)
