Employee Picnic at Oaks Park

2/365 Today is employee picnic day.  Honey was going to come with me and my Little but she decided she needed a lazy day around the house.  We haven't had many of those lately so I didn't give her a hard time for staying home. All in all it was a fun time and I even put on a pair of roller skates for the first time in years.  It is definitely harder than it was as a kid. HA HA  My Little had a great time skating and we ended up riding one ride together... the Tilt a Whirl... it spun and spun making me dizzy and nauseous.  We headed home after that and I dropped her off to her mom.  For dinner I made chicken crust pizza... a low carb option pizza for those counting carbs.  It wasn't too bad but i'll definitely have to play with the cheese to chicken ratio to try and get a crispier crust. Then I worked on adding some items for sale on ebay.  Trying to get some extra money for our upcoming vacation :)
