Clouds

All day Saturday I kept seeing these gorgeous puffy white clouds and wanting to photograph them. Yet it wasn't until late afternoon that I walked down the road to Shearwater Park and stood on the pier to raise my camera. Even then, I was braving a heat that felt painful. Not for long... The sun seemed dangerous, and I found myself practically running back to the shade of our road. My old dog, Music, was snoring gently on his bed in the cool house. He is very wise.
