Here we go again !

Three of these have popped up in Hilda's garden.
Can someone identify please?
This is the biggest one - it is about 2'6" high. The stems and leaves are red coppery colour and  Buddleia shaped flower heads seem to be developing.
Hope they are not weeds that should have been destroyed at birth!
