NONAM

Well hidden behind the railway station of Zürich Tiefenbrunnen is the NONAM museum. It is a small but fine institution,  its full name 'North America Native Museum'. A good friend of us has chosen this place to celebrate his 50th birthday. Outside we had the aperitif, something to nibble and ice cream.

Inside two museum tours were provided by the museum director. She made it so interesting, that even the kids were fascinated. On the upper floor is the classic, permanent exhibition. On the lower floor the special exhibition called "Native Art Now - Contemporary Indigenous Art".
