The dog, while being a good traveller, wouldn't have managed to fit into the car along with all of our stuff for the holidays so he went off to kennels for a fortnight - the time of year means the bookings can only be week multiples.

We collected him today and I think it's fair to say he exhausted himself while he was there: he came in, had a look around and then keeled over for a sleep.
