Friends

Grandpa and grandma came down to help out with some garden work, and with them, they had our mail. It was obvious from the minute they set foot inside the door that there had to be a letter in the bag that said 'Alice' on it.

And there was! Mum claimed it was for her, but no way, my name was first and it takes forever for mum to open and sort mail, so I just grabbed it and ran away to open it. It was from Emmy and the Hazyland boys! There was a nice card, a very squeaky Alice-sized pink pig, a high value chew, a big stick and a biscuit. Mum got something as well. We are so happy to have friends! Thank you Emmy!

Some noisy and scary stuff like the trimmer and the wheelbarrow were being used, so me and grandma chilled on the veranda. I got a meatball AND a piece of salmon for lunch. I don't usually have anything for lunch. All in all, presents and visitors, a very good day.
