DRAGON BOATS ....

..... along the mighty Nepean River this morning.

Although a dull damp morning, the local Dragon Boat Abreast team were out training this morning and I just caught them as they cruised backed to shore.

This activity, aside of being great fun and good exercise, has become quite some fund raiser and awareness for breast cancer.

The local Penrith Group have been very successful and have their base at the Penrith Regatta Centre as well of course on the mighty Nepean.
