This is one of those printed on adhesive plastic prints.  Several people were involved to get it applied.
I love all the different spices being displayed - I'm sure each spice is used by at least one of the many different and diverse ethnic groups in the neighborhood .
Strangely, the idea ties in nicely with the City Heights "Quilt" Mural.
