Old Hall Marshes

Wow! 28C and we decided to walk all around the sea wall, some 8 miles, over the middle of the day.
We stopped for our picnic on a shingle spit, when the tide was coming in.
By the time we had finished our sandwiches the sea was in enough that Pepper could have a refreshing swim. I didn't fancy it myself, rather estuarine.
Finally got home around 5pm and a refreshing cup of tea in the garden. Excellent day!
