Some Kind of Milestone

Apparently, though as you know they started counting it differently.  The actual five uninterrupted years will be up in December. 

I was thinking of writing to the Tattoo to ask them to move their fireworks a bit to the left.  The view from our spare room is a bit interrupted by those trees.  

Thanks for all your comments etc, especially as I'm getting even less communicative.  I will be back fully.  At some stage.
