Puff Tart

Nice lunch and afternoon spent with family S today, all on good form. Plus a successful morning shopping for new clothes for the Bug who keeps getting bigger all the time (they do that). 

Puff tart turned out alright - fried onions, tomatoes, spinach and cheese. Not too shabby.
