At the park

We bought new shoes and gave them a good outing with a trip to the park (where it soon became obvious we didn't need the waterproofs even though it had rained earlier). They got full of sand and scuffed :)

After lunch we cut out and baked star biscuits and shared them with Caroline when she came to visit with baby Sam (and left with a drop side cot and lots of small pairs of shoes and more biscuits for Jason and Emily). Matthew was shy and stayed in the kitchen until we suggested he come and look at the car :)

Afterwards we played in the garden and gave his shoes a good soaking. Oops.

No nap at all but fairly cheerful all afternoon - hard work at bedtime!
