At the end of the day

A long hard day on the bike today in preparation for the Pyrenees in two weeks time.  It was very humid today reaching 32C this afternoon.  It started to pour at about 5:30pm and so I got soaked cycling the last few miles home.  

I've now cooked dinner for Cathy and raced out to take this shot  - sadly you can't see the sun setting because of all the cloud.  Now I need to go and give her some company, so I will catch up on comments and journals tomorrow.
