Ouefs à la niege
The last time I had these I was in Paris. A long time ago. I heard they were easy to make but I've never done it til now. I had some vanilla anglaise in the fridge and had a couple of egg whites in the fridge. Make meringue, shape into quenelles and give them a little poach, et voilà! Si delicieuse!
