Oh dear. This was a big pan of lovely Thai chicken soup. Well it was until we had some for lunch and I forgot to switch the light off under it. Fortunately we got home before the pan was completely ruined or the house burned down.

Doh!

Hope all the dads out there are having a lovely day. My Pops is still in Spain so is basking in the sunshine.
