Breakfast ................

 ........... al fresco for Shadow this morning.

For some reason Shadow likes to eat his dog food straight from the can - we take the lid off carefully (no sharp bits round the edge) and, when he has finished, there is not a morsel of meat left in there.

The added bonus is that there is an empty tin to play with and crush - when you see how flat he gets it and the holes he punctures in the sides it makes you grateful that he's not chewing on your arm - those teeth are strong and BIG!

Thank you for all your comments yesterday - very much appreciated especially as I have been MIA for most of the week ....... 

Having my hair cut today - I used to go to Mum's for that and Richard (hairdresser) would come there - then Mum and I used to spend the day together with lunch, blipping, looking for blips, talking about planned trips and just generally having a good time together - I miss her very, very much - it seems so much longer than 11 weeks since she died.
