One day I'll be beautiful - another scruffy tit

How this poor little thing is managing to fly is amazing me. It has so few feathers you can clearly see its ear-hole. It has been feeding from my feeders for about 2 weeks and I am keeping a close eye on it. It is very shy so the picture is not the best quality. It seems to be feeding and flying well. It has grown a lot in the last week.
