The Big Hoose

Friday, and a day off! A morning of tidying and putting things past and filing and, I must confess a wee bit work.

The sun shone and then it rained and then it faired. My delivery arrived and then I was free to go meet J, via more packages at Multrees Walk.

We bought tickets in George St and Bristo before repairing to the Brazilian bar for a wine and a tapa and a natter.

Then to the first show, amazing gymnastics and trapeze. Such muscles and control! We saw John Lloyd outside.

Then to the Grassmarket for food in Petit Paris and a view of the Castle and Granny's Green Steps. As the Tattoo started we were back up to George St for 'A Ticket to Bollywood'. Such energy!

Waiting for the bus heard the 'Black Bear' resonating from the esplanade.

And is still only Friday. A weekend to come, hurray!
