Intermittently running hot and cold. To be fair, the Mira engineer was brilliant. It was just a faulty part in a certain batch of the digital shower units and rectified in half an hour.

The Mira shower is an absolutely fab piece of kit. Not least because Mira do not allow the Bathroom-Company-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named to touch Mira kit once it's been installed.

Good job because I've now forced Bathst**e to own up to fitting a lesser quality shower tray than the stone one we specified - and paid for. I knew it wasn't right (as well as the chips!); and is causing the silicone seal to move.

My wife, J, is generally very even tempered. However, a woman scorned has a lot more fury than Hell. I will update you in due course...
