Shy Hollyhocks

Shy - because they are facing the wrong way !

Flowers evoke strong memories as you get older .
 Hollyhocks always remind me of my Grandfather who I knew a little  - he always had hollyhocks in his garden .
They also remind me of my first school . Some classes had very tall hollyhocks outside the window - we complained that it looked like Triffids out side .( In those days the headmistress spent more time gardening !!)
