Gathering the flock

Pip watching the sheep coming in. If you look really closely in the bottom left corner you can see Breagh standing having brought the sheep along.

Its speaning (weaning) time for the lambs. Lots of sorting and keeling (the coloured marks you see on the wool). The lambs are in the silage field and the ewes are shut out the hill. I hate hearing them shout to one another. The ewes really need the lambs off of them so they have time to recover from this hard spring and summer before they are put to the tup (ram) again.
