Mother so pleased to be out of the hospital even though her leg is looking worse. Very swollen and red and weeping plasma looking fluid. Using incontinence pads held on with an elastic bandage to soak up fluid and enable movement.

Had our coffee sitting in the car down at the Inlet. Grey cloudy day with a hint of sun behind the banks of billowing cloud. A tease of blue here and there was beguiling...
