Family day out for father's day. This morning we visited a walnut mill. They grind walnuts and hazelnuts into oil, flour or a sort of paste. The mill is 600 years old 100% organic and it smells wonderful. The mill stone is replaced every 300 years and was replaced 3 years ago. I bought hazelnut oil to put in scallops tomorrow night and walnut paste to make cakes.

After a father's day lunch, steak and beer, we are still working in the garden, it's sunny and the Pimms is in view so all is well.
