Usual fathers' day treats today: emptied the dishwasher, did some ironing, gave Katherine a lift to her rehearsal. Hang on, those aren't treats. I think I've been conned.

Had a good laugh at the card I was given. The printed message inside read "..doing all the things that make you happy for a change" - a specialised fathers' day card for miserable buggers?
