Ummm followed instructions on tutorial DVD that said if you want to use pictures with resin that you need to seal the paper.

Makes sense.

You seal it with hair spray - ok are you sure because that doesnt make sense but you are the expert.

Well no hair spray does not cut it - will listen to my instincts in future. But I dont think the spotting damages the overall look. The fairy is just dancing in the rain.
