Poppies

Went for a walk up to the Old Pale this morning.  On a clear day you can see for miles in all directions.  Needless to say, today wasn't a clear day!  In fact it started to pour down just as I got to the top, so all the landscape shots I tried to do had raindrops on the lens.

I spotted these poppies on the way down which I thought looked very rural against the old gate.
