Tea by the River
A very occurrence happened today...I got to go out by myself .........just Rumi and I.
I fiddled and fluffed ..chased pelicans.....got down low to take pics of weeds (which I love)...changed lenses put on filters did some more Long Eposures and before I knew it the sun was setting...I was very happy to of made a thermos cup of tea before I left the house.....what with that..... Dad doing a lot better and some nice soft color in the sky everything just felt bloody marvellous.
“I'd like to go by climbing a birch tree~
And climb black branches up a snow-white trunk
Toward heaven, till the tree could bear no more,
But dipped its top and set me down again.
That would be good both going and coming back.
One could do worse than be a swinger of birches.”
