Puppy break

It was a beautiful day to get out. Went for two bike rides today. In the morning we headed to Kettwig with the four-legged one. She kept up well for the 7km there - and then enjoyed a break in the river. The ride back was punctuated with far more pauses.

In the afternoon we left her at home to bike into Mülheim where we met up with one of my colleagues and his kids who were playing in the water/sand park.

We rode a different, longer path home and could pick up the pace without the hound. I felt very accomplished with a full day of fresh air & exercise!
