Young Buck.

The morning started with our eye tests.  As my eyes haven't changed over the last two years and I got a clean bill of health I feel I have saved a lot of money!

A quick visit to Go Outdoors and then head for home.  On the way we decided to check on the field we will be using for the show this weekend.  As it happened they hadn't started to mark it out as yet but it was a good excuse to spend a few minutes with the deer.

This is a young Fallow Buck maybe a couple of years old, with the antlers still in velvet.  There is quite a herd of them and I am afraid they are in for a shock on Saturday night,as a "picnic cinema" is due to be showing Saturday Night Fever in a nearby field.
