Ferris Wheel

Preparations for the V Festival at Weston Park are nearly complete.  I had a couple of meetings on site to iron out some concerns over festival goer safety and then had a quick walk around the arena before the crowds arrive.  

I really wanted to put the drone up into the sky and take an image with the ferris wheel in the foreground and main stage behind.  I asked the promoter only to find that the Police and Civil Aviation authority had instigated a no fly zone set over the site.  And the reason?  Apparently it was to stop drug dealers delivering drugs into the campsites using drones!  Who'd credit it!
