Fantail

Magical walk at Lake Rotoiti. About 20 fantails dipped and dived around us, coming so close! We must have been stirring up little insects. I had a few shots to choose from. Was very pleased!

We had a lovely weekend away and a magical flight home from Rotorua. Lake Taupo and its snow covered mountains - glorious!
