Snail Trail

I went out to take pictures of the Honeysuckle which smelled wonderful tonight, but then I saw loads of snails crawling up the wall,  there were lots more but couldn't get them all in the picture. The wall is always covered with sleeping snails and I thought they never moved, but the damp warm night must have wakened them. Not a bit of wonder the hedgehog only appears now and then for the food I put out, when he has all this fresh meat  to choose from.
