Improvisation at its best !

I had another wonderful day with my granddaughter today - we walked a lot, and laughed a lot as we made our way along the coast from Worthing to Shoreham. I took her along the footpath where the Shoreham houseboat community are moored up in their various vessels , and managed to come up with some very amusing photographs to add to my collection from previous visits ! We were even invited on board to an Art Exhibition on Walk The Plank , and very interesting it was, too ! We stayed chatting to him for quite some time, and I bought a Shoreham Houseboat T shirt to support his works of art . I laughed when I spotted this disused microwave , up cycled and used as a mail box . I wish I could work out how to put up extra photos on blip , as I have a couple more I'd love to post - one of which was a disused toilet seat , now used to display their 'house/boat' number 10 on the gate ! ... I couldn't help but wonder if this was also their opinion of the occupant in No. 10, Downing St !!
I returned to the gym later this afternoon , the first time in two months , and it was a killer ! However , I am much more positive , and back swimming etc again. Tomorrow I intend to plan out my trip to the West Coast of Scotland next month , to kick off my pier project . A long drive , but it has to be done !! Im working out the simplest route !
